Project Cars 3 has released a trailer for its next pack of DLC called the Electric Pack, which is available now. The content brings a new track to the game, along with several vehicles, events, cosmetics, and more.

Slightly Mad Studios' popular realistic racing simulator is known for being one of the most photorealistic racing titles out there, next to heavy hitters such as Gran Turismo and Forza. Project Cars' developers seem to push that graphic fidelity further, as Project Cars 4 aims to be the most realistic simulation ever.

Posted on publisher Bandai Namco's YouTube channel, the minute-long trailer reveals plenty of new content headed to Project Cars 3. Players will be able to race on an all-new track, which upon further investigation is the Zandvoort Circuit, though the trailer's main focus is on the four new futuristic-looking sports and race cars. The namesake of the Electric Pack DLC, all four cars are full electric-powered vehicles, and all from different manufacturers. The electric cars are the 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo S, the 2020 Volkswagen ID.R, the 2020 Audi AI:RACE concept car, and the 2019 Nio EP9 - which tops out at a blistering 217 mph.

In addition to the new track and vehicles, the last DLC includes 16 themed career events, new liveries, decals, rims, and tires, as well as an additional character and a few other cosmetics. Considering the game only came out last year, it may be some time before fans see any news on a direct sequel. However, Slightly Mad Studios did recently release a new game for the franchise. Project Cars GO is a mobile title released in late March, which is designed to provide players with AAA visuals and sound design to match the franchise's console counterparts.

Project Cars 3 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
