Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has several side quests that range from puzzle-solving to incredible platforming skills. Some of the side quests are easy to find and don't require players to go out of their way.

But there are some for which players have to do a bit of exploring. The Impossible Climb falls into the latter category. Players need to reach the Upper City and use their Time Powers to locate the Hermit, who will give them the Impossible Climb side quest.

The Athra Surges are powerful abilities that Sargon can use in fights. Here is how The Lost Crown players can find all of them.

How To Finish The Impossible Climb Side Quest In The Lost Crown

Players will need to head to this specific spot marked on the map:

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - Where To Find The Hermit

The path will be locked, so they will need to use one of the pink energy sources to reach the top and then enter the room. Use the Fabric of Time power to jump across the giant chasm and reach the Hermit. After talking to him, he will reveal the goal of the challenge. Players will have to find three bells without getting hit even once by the spikes. If they touch a spike, they will have to start all over again.

For the challenge, you will have to climb on big structures that have spikes attached to the top and bottom.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - The Impossible Climb First Bell

To get up quickly, use the Chakram and deflect it off the first hanging platform. Then, teleport to the Chakram's location.

Once up, players will have to be very careful. Since the bell at the top is the most difficult to get, you should focus on it first. Wait for the platform to go up, and from there, use the Fabric of Time to jump to the smaller platform. Stay there until the big structure goes down, and then jump toward it. Stick to it until it begins to ascend, jump to the right, and stick to the smaller structure in the picture below.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - The Impossible Climb Solution

As the big platform goes up, dash toward it. Then, jump to the stationary platform that has no spikes on the bottom.

Then, jump toward this particular platform, and as it goes up, jump toward the smaller stationary platform.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - The Impossible Climb

Next, wait for the bigger platform to come down, and then make a move. As it keeps going up, use the Fabric of Time to jump on the left to latch onto another platform. Leap upward and use the Fabric of Time to move from one place to another until you see the bell at the top.

Once you obtain it, drop it and go to the right, as the next bell is between two big platforms.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - The Impossible Climb Second Bell

Jump on the top platform and keep sliding as it goes. Subsequently, jump through the middle and claim the bell.

Fall all the way down to the place where you started. Once again, use the Chakram and teleport to the top. As it goes up, use the Fabric of Time to go left. You should stay on the smaller platform until the bigger one on the left starts to come down. Next, jump toward it and stick to it until a smaller stationary platform on the right is visible. Leap toward it and wait till the upper platform begins to descend.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - The Impossible Climb Third Bell

Take this opportunity to jump through the space in the middle to obtain the third and final bell. The final step is to go all the way down and talk to the Hermit to receive your reward for the Impossible Climb (Damascus Ore and a Lore Item).
