As they play as wild Pokemon and they receive damage, the player's health will deplete. Eventually, the player may be returned to their original Pokemon. Players also need to remember that while in the wild Pokemon state, they will not have access to their Unite abilities or battle items. They will be replaced with the wild Pokemon's abilities.

Fluffy Tail is an essential battle item that players should keep with them at all times, especially when heading into Catch 'Em mode. It has a relatively short cooldown time of only 25 seconds, so players can use it frequently.
This item offers players the opportunity to stun their opponents, making it easier to deal massive damage. For Pokemon that are not player-controlled, it also increases the damage inflicted. Using it against boss Pokemon makes subduing them much more efficient and farming wild Pokemon even easier.
1 Use Boss Pokemon To Disable Enemy Goal Zones
Players can use specific boss Pokemon within enemy Goal Zones to leave them defenseless for 15 seconds. Doing this will allow the team to push a lane. It also cuts off any healing that Goal Zone has during the down period, which could be seriously harmful to the opposing team.
Regigigas, Articuno, and Zapdos are the best selections for this task. Players must use Regigigas's Hyper Beam, Articuno's Ice Beam, and Zapdos's Zap Canon. This can turn the tide in favor of the player's team, allowing them to score a significantly greater amount of points than they would have without disabling the Goal Zone.
