Pokemon Unite has accidentally leaked three playable Pokemon coming to the game: Blaziken, Mimikyu, and Meowscarada. The Pokemon-themed MOBA has been going strong ever since its original release in 2021, with its roster of memorable monsters increasing steadily over the years. Pokemon Unite's roster consists of both fan favorites and some more overlooked picks that make for an interesting and diverse playable roster.

The Pokemon World Championships 2023 sees players from all over the world battle for the title of World Champion. The event encompasses all sorts of Pokemon games, including the trading card game, the video games, and even Pokemon Unite. The grand finals of the tournament for the Unite scene had recently concluded on Friday, where the team of Luminosity emerging victorious and taking home the championship. While the World Championship is still going on for other games, it seems like Pokemon Unite was going to reveal three new Pokemon after the tournament was over.

This Pokemon Unite trailer was posted on the game's official Facebook page, but was quickly taken down. However, it still has a mirrored copy on the r/PokemonUnite subreddit, posted by u/lblasto1se. This brief trailer shows off Blaziken, Mimikyu, and Meowscarada, along with their abilities. Blaziken is a fire-fighting type Pokemon who has access to a variety of physical moves, best for getting in close.

Mimikyu's abilities showcased in this Pokemon Unite trailer places focus on them having the power to sneak up on an unsuspecting opponent, teleporting to their position while also dealing damage, making them similar to League of Legends champion Lee Sin. Mimikyu can also trap their opponent underneath its costume via its exclusive Z-Move, which can deal massive amounts of damage. Finally, Meowscarada, the final evolved form of Sprigatito, will be added as well, with the ability to produce a doppelganger of itself to attack in two different areas.

According to this leaked trailer, Blaziken will be coming to Pokemon Unite on September 14, while the other two are only stated to be "coming soon." Some fans on the subreddit were happy to see these three, though others hoped that more Pokemon are on the way. One fan stated they hoped that Mimikyu would get the same costumes as Pikachu already does in the game, just with the same homemade style associated with the Pokemon.
