A Pokemon fan has used their talents to create a new Paradox form for Slowbro and Slowking, merging the two popular Pokemon into a single, powerful entity. Starting in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet games, Paradox forms became a very popular method for eager Pokemon fans to express their creativity by creating new kinds of monsters.

The Pokemon selected this time, Slowbro, is one of the most famous Pokemon ever. This Water-type creature appeared back in the first generation, and it became a memorable Pokemon due to its laziness and charm, appearing several times in the Pokemon TV series. One of its most distinctive features of this creature is the monster attached to its tail, which was originally intended to be its own Pokemon, but the idea was scrapped when Gen 2 came around. Instead, the creators decided that a Slowpoke would evolve when bitten by a Shellder.

The talented Pokemon fan HertzBurst created an amazing form for Slowbro and Slowking, fusing them into a single Paradox Pokemon. The new Iron Sloth is a Psychic/Dark creature that combines most features of both Pokemon while including their traditional pink color, as well as the classic tail monster. According to the creator, the new project is similar to some of their previous works, such as Iron Valiant, Iron Swirl, or the Zapdos-based Iron Storm, as it combines two ideas and designs.

Iron Sloth also came with a bit of lore. The Pokemon has a height of just over six feet and weighs over 237 pounds. Its description states that it resembles a machine, probably due to its metallic look, something that HertzBurst often does in their work. However, Iron Sloth is not a Steel-type Pokemon. In the comments of the Reddit post, the reception was pretty good, and one user claimed to love the creator’s designs, praising them for coming up with original ideas so quickly.

Pokemon fan art is pretty common these days, and it often leads to amazing results when a talented artist creates a whole new design. Recently, another Pokemon fan used their artistic skills to turn Scooby-Doo into a Pokemon, which came in two versions. The first version of the dog Pokemon was called Boochie, and it was a Ghost-type that looks like a small floating mutt. He evolves to Frightund, whose design looks more like the adult Scooby everybody knows, while still maintaining some characteristics of a ghost.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available now for Nintendo Switch.
