Pokemon Sleep is a tracking app for players slumber, it works on any smartphone and keeps up with players sleeping patterns. The app, unfortunately, does not work with smartwatches, so instead, players will need to put their phones on and plug-in throughout the night to track their sleep, being sure to leave it on their bed to get the best accurate sleep.

Players will earn up Pokemon as they sleep, getting even more and rarer types the better sleep they get. Players will even have the chance of getting a Shiny Pokemon as well. But the whole experience gets better each week, as players will also be able to move to different campsites; every Monday morning, players will have the choice to pick between the different sites available. The first two being a grassy land, and the second being a beachy island. However, there is something else fun players can get in Pokemon Sleep, a Night Cap Pikachu. Here is how to get one.

Night Cap Pikachu works a bit differently than other helpers you will see in Pokemon Sleep, instead of it being around constantly, collecting berries and providing some candy every so often like the other Pokemon helpers, the Pikachu will only be around during certain times of the day when it has something for players. Other times, it will disappear and return later. The nightcap Pikachu is one of the perks of having and connecting the Pokemon Go Plus+ button to the Pokemon Sleep app.

The Bluetooth device acts as another way for players to track their sleep, allowing them to use either their mobile phone or the button. While some players might not feel completely safe using their smartphone plugged in throughout the night on their bed, they can easily use the Pokemon Go Plus+ button. Using the device will allow them to set the button on their bed, wherever they like, and not have to worry about it getting too warm or going dead.

The device does run on a battery, so every so often, it will need to be charged, but it seems to be able to be used many nights in a row before needing to be charged again. When players connect this device to their Pokemon Sleep, this is when the Night Cap Pikachu will spawn, and it will continue to be there every night. For more information on how Pokemon Sleep works, we have a guide that explains it all.

Pokemon Sleep is available on Android and iOS.
