Berries

Berries can be obtained simply by placing the corresponding Pokemon on the team. They can be used to feed Snorlax, increase its level, and improve sleep research.

Ingredients

Ingredients, like Berries, can be obtained with the assistance of a Helper Pokemon. They are used to cook food and make Snorlax stronger.

Biscuits

These are quite important items that can be obtained in the Regular Exchange or Premium Exchange shop using Sleep Points or in the General Store using Diamonds. They are needed to become friends with a Pokemon and take it to the team.

Evolution Items

Evolution items can be bought in the Regular Exchange Shop using Sleep Points, but it is worth remembering that they are limited, and the store is updated every 2 weeks. They are needed to evolve Pokemon into their next form.

Incense

Incense can significantly improve players' sleep research. Some of them summon Pokemon with a strong hunger, and some are used to increase experience or to increase Dream Shards. All of them are used before bedtime. They are available in the General Store.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased in the Regular Exchange using Sleep Points or in the General Store using Diamonds. They have quite a variety of uses as players need them for sleep research, to move to another island site, or to get items.

Pokemon Candies

To get Candies, fans must first discover a Pokemon's Sleep Style, and then when they meet this Pokemon, they will be able to get Candies. Another way to get them is to transfer the Pokemon to Professor Neroli, but then users will lose the Pokemon, so they can only do this with unnecessary Pokemon. Players can also get these Candies by interacting with Helper Pokemon.

Other Items

Since there are many different items on this list, these are the main ones:

  • Dream Cluster is an item that can be exchanged for Dream Shards. The number of Dream Shards depends on the size of the Dream Cluster. They can be obtained from bundles in the General Store, Premium Exchange shop, or Premium Pass.
  • Skill Seeds can be purchased for 1,800 Sleep Points in the Premium Exchange store. They are needed to get a random Pokemon skill.
  • Energy Pillow can be purchased at the General Store or Regular Exchange store. It is needed to restore 50 energy to one Pokemon helper.
  • Helper Whistle, as well as Energy Pillow, can be purchased at the General Store or Regular Exchange store. But this item helps players collect berries and ingredients.

Pokemon Sleep is available on iOS and Android.
