South Province Area Four is the home of electric types in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet with ten of the shocking creatures located in this area: Pawmo, Pichu, Pikachu, Ampharos, Tadbulb, Toxel, Toxtricity, Pachirisu, Tynamo, and Eelectrick.

Search by the rivers, in the grass, and up in the mountains of these terrains for the vast range of the electric types found in this location. Toxtricity is a great Pokemon to use in the game. This poison/electric type is a fantastic battler, great against the flying type Elite Four member Larry and the team star fairy base.

9 South Province Area Two

This area is another great one for those electric types, six of them roam throughout this landscape. This is the only location to capture fan-favorite sheep 'mon Mareep.

Mareep, of course, evolves into Ampharos, which has captured gamers' hearts since its debut back in 2001 in Gold & Silver. With 115 special attack, water and flying-type trainers should run scared from Ampharos' thunderbolt. Also found here are Pawmo, Pichu, Pikachu, and Tadbulb.

8 South Province Area Six

Much of the same Pokemon can also be found here. Players will want to search high and low in the South Province for the electric types. Generation 9 Pawmo and Tadbulb are situated here, and they are the ones to pick up.

Jolteon is the pick of the bunch here. This eeveelution has been a go-to electric type since 1999, and it is one of the only locations to find it in Paldea. Having all of the eeveeelutions is something that players like to do with every edition of Pokemon and it is easier than ever as they can be found in the wild in Paldea.

6 The Great Crater Of Paldea

This area is home to five electric-type Pokemon: Pawmo, Pichu, Pikachu, Ampharos, and Tadbulb. If gamers are lucky maybe one of these Pokemon will be a shiny type. It is a real shame that mega-evolutions aren't in the game as Ampharos' dragon type with the flowing hair is something magical.

Pikachu, of course, is the series' mascot and if gamers did not pre-order the game to get the flying tera-type Pikachu, then searching here for that electric mouse is something that should be done.

4 East Province Area Two

Pichu, Wattrel, Magnemite, and Rotom are all found here, some very rare and usable electric types. Rotom is an amazing Pokemon due to its flexibility, and can become multiple other types with the use of the Rotom Catalog, found in the Auction House in Port Marinada.

Wattrel is the new starter bird in this generation and it is a fantastic addition to the franchise, an electric bird with amazing speed could be a prominent member of any trainer's roster.

3 South Province Area Five

Throughout these two areas in the West Province, Pawmo, Flaaffy, Ampharos, Tadbulb, Bellibolt, Rotom, Tynamo and Eelektrik can all be found. Search across this terrain well to fill the collection.

Tynamo and Eelektrik eventually evolve into Eelektross, a great mixed attacker that is vital for any electric team in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. The West Province is a perfect place to catch Tynamo. Make sure to search the coastline as this tiny Pokemon is known to swim.

1 Glasaedo Mountain

This icy mountain is home to so many different types of Pokemon around its immense slopes and at the base. Magneton is the pick here from Glasaedo Mountain. The electric/steel magnet Pokemon evolves into Magnazone when given a thunderstone and it is a beast of a Pokemon.

Also found here are Pawmo, Ampharos, and Bellibolt. Although mainly ice-types are found hidden in the cracks, these electric types are worth it, so make sure to brave the cold and climb these slopes on Koraidon or Miraidon to locate them.
