The hype continues to grow for Pokemon Scarletand Violet, the next two main-series releases in the Pokemon franchise. Arriving on Nintendo Switch on November 18, Pokemon ScarletandViolet will offer dozens of new Pokemon for fans of the series to collect. It's going to be a long while before the two new Pokemon games arrive, however. Luckily, there's now an opportunity for Pokemon trainers to get their hands on some early. More specifically, the Pokemon Center is now selling plushies for Pokemon Scarletand Violet's starters.Friday morning, the official Pokemon Twitter account announced that plushies for the starter Pokemon of Pokemon ScarletandViolet were now on sale. Individual plushies for Fuecoco, Quaxly, and Sprigatito can now be purchased on the Pokemon Center, the online shop for Pokemon merchandise in the United States. While there's no warning of limited availability, past Pokemon plushies have sold out relatively quickly and have been slow to return.RELATED: Pokemon Plush User Reviews Are HilariousAs for more specific purchasing information, each of the three plushes is currently priced at $15.99. That's just a bit more expensive than similarly-sized Pokemon plushies of the same size, which are around 7" tall. Note that the Pokemon Center requires a purchase of $20 before it offers free shipping, otherwise there's an additional expense of around $6. As such, Pokemon fans may want to pick up an extra plushie, a pin, or some trading cards to cross the free shipping mark.

Once ordered, the Pokemon Center explains that it takes around 1-2 days for order processing followed by 5-9 days for shipping. As such, those picking up a plushie should expect it to arrive in around 1-2 weeks. The Pokemon Center also offers returns for purchases within 30 days of delivery, should Pokemon trainers choose a different starter.

In addition to the three standard Pokemon ScarletandViolet starter Pokemon plushies, the Pokemon Center is also selling keychain versions of Fuecoco, Quaxly, and Sprigatito. These are much smaller versions of each plushie, around 4" tall, and they have an attached plastic clip connected via a string. These plush keychain versions of the starters cost just $10.99 apiece.

Pokemon fans who have purchased plushies from the Pokemon Center before likely know what they're getting into, but new shoppers should know that these are huggable but small toys. They aren't pillow-sized, by any means, though the Pokemon Center does sell some larger plushies from time to time. Nevertheless, even a somewhat small plushie should help make the wait for Pokemon ScarletandViolet's arrival a bit easier to manage.
