Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are coming out in a bit over three months, and many fans are eager to know more about the games via trailers and official information. However, most of the information found online about Pokemon Scarlet and Violet comes from alleged leaks and rumors, with two major leakers who have shared many details about Gen 9 games and the creatures they include. Among them is Riddler Khu, who has a proven track record and provided correct information about Pokemon Legends: Arceus months prior to its release.

Today, Riddler Khu posted new tweets about some of the features of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and how they relate to the brand-new pocket monsters that they will include. An interesting clue that Khu shared is that Fuecoco's evolution could indeed stand up on two legs after it was rumored that it would be a quadrupedal Pokemon. Both things can be true, in this case, as it's likely that Fuecoco's evolution will stand on two legs for specific attacks rather than all the time, seeing how it's supposed to resemble a crocodile.

Khu then talked about Paradox Pokemon, which are ancient or future forms of existing critters that can presumably travel through time and appear in the modern-day Paldea region. According to the tweet, it seems that the major villain of Pokemon Scarlet will use the ancient form of Volcarona, ancient Amoongus, a "mag" Pokemon that could be Magneton or Magnezone, a moon-related Pokemon that's probably Jigglypuff, a balloon Pokemon, and a wizard Pokemon. It seems that the villain has different Paradox Pokemon based on the version, with another team in Pokemon Violet.

In Pokemon Violet, this villain will use the future form of Volcarona, a Pokemon with "pigtails," future Hariyama, a chicken Pokemon that could be Blaziken, a "santa" Pokemon that is likely the future form of Delibird, and possibly another undisclosed creature. This is a great source of information about what pocket monsters will be available with each version of the games, which is quite important now because Pokemon Scarlet and Violet fans can't make an informed decision about which version they should pre-order.

Khu also talked about what seems to be a trio of regional forms for Tauros, with the bull Pokemon having a black variant, a red variant, and a blue variant. This is in line with what another leaker said about Tauros having three regional variants in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, further proving that this is likely to be the case. According to the leaks, a Fighting-type Tauros will be present, as well as a dual-type Fire variant and an Ice variant.

Recent leaks also addressed an Electric dual-type frog Pokemon in Gen 9, which would be the first of its kind due to all existing frog and toad pocket monsters being tied to Water. It's possible that more leaks will drop in the coming days, and a new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer could likely come in September.

PokemonScarlet and Violet release on November 18, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch.
