The recent epilogue event for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has shifted fans' attention back to the Loyal Three, with one creative member of the Pokemon community designing a new Loyal Three based on a completely different set of existing Pokemon. The peculiarly named trio of legendary Pokemon is widely considered to be among the stranger creature designs introduced by the creators of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. However, over time, they've served to inspire the imaginations of countless fan artists nonetheless.

Debuting with the first part of the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, The Teal Mask, Kitakami's Loyal Three carried with them a pretty lengthy backstory that was only recently revealed in its entirety. Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti are known to have been both twisted and shackled by the power of the new mythical Pokemon, Pecharunt, in exchange for their wishes being granted. A new video posted on the official Pokemon YouTube channel sheds more light on their history, but it seems more than a few fans have pondered whether similar legendary Pokemon could exist in the game's world, too.

How Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask’s Loyal Three Compare to Johto’s Legendary Beasts

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's Teal Mask DLC introduces the Loyal Three, who share several commonalities with the Legendary Beasts of the Johto Region.

Using the existing Loyal Three as a strict creative reference, an artistic Pokemon fan going by the name EliteRobo04 online has shared their vision of a "new" Loyal Three. This set of unofficial legendary Pokemon appears to be based on Dudunsparce, Maushold, and Goomy, and rather impressively, maintains the naming convention used for the actual Loyal Three. These new designs have been named Pieceadrake, Squeakypeasy, and Ticketygoo by their creator, with each conceptual creature presenting drastic modifications to the original Pokemon designs that they're based on. Like the original Loyal Three, each of these Pokemon features the Poison type along with a secondary type and warped appearances complete with the toxic chains.

Many other artists within the Pokemon community have similarly taken to redesigning the Loyal Three in their own unique ways since they were revealed. The somewhat vague designs exhibited by the trio of Pokemon have led to many different interpretations of what Pokemon species they may have originally been before they were altered by Pecharunt's abilities. Even so, the idea of these legendaries initially being ordinary Pokemon is largely the product of fan speculation, with much about these legendaries remaining unknown even following the recent story revelations regarding the new mythical Pokemon.

With the new Mochi Madness epilogue event likely wrapping up the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet experience as a whole, it seems unlikely that the lore of the Loyal Three will be significantly expanded on from here on out. The Gen 9 games have left many questions unanswered though, leaving many to wonder how these lingering queries might affect the future of the franchise.
