The Pokemon TCG was introduced to players soon after the video games were released. The card game became a big hit and has thrived ever since its release all those years ago. The Pokemon TCG is still played by a good number of fans and has expanded to include all of the generations of the series so far.

A Redditor known as PrismCard showcased their Charizard card in a small clip they uploaded. However, it is not a normal version of the card. The Charizard that PrismCard shows is jumbo sized, dwarfing the original. It is a replica of the first edition version and features a beautiful star holographic sheen that covers the entire front of the piece. Only one small change was made, as the Pokemon's flamethrower now goes over the border of the artwork. It is a beautiful looking replica and would be great in any collection.

PrismCard's jumbo Charizard has received a positive reaction. One commenter asked if there was anywhere to buy their own giant card, stating that they would make a great gift. Another Reddit user mentionde that this could have been a gimmick for the dynamax mechanic that was introduced in Pokemon Sword and Shield. A commenter joked about playing with a deck with 59 normal-sized cards and one that is jumbo sized. Giant pieces such as this have been a thing for some time, and PrismCard's is a great-looking example of what fans can find.

PrismCard is not the only one with an impressive replica of a Pokemon TCG card. A user going by the name clouserpl also shared a 3D Pokemon TCG Umbreon card that they made. According to clouserpl, they made the piece by stacking cards together and leaving some spacing between. The project took around 45 copies of Umbreon, with the artist spending about 18 hours to complete it. The clip that the artist uploaded showed that the card lights up, with the moon and stars in the background glowing in the video. It was revealed that clouserpl did not limit themselves to just the Pokemon TCG, but also made 3D Dragonball and Yu-Gi-Oh cards as well. The piece looks amazing, and the artist also takes commissions.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will release for the Nintendo Switch on November 18, 2022.
