Adding another one to its growing list of giant Pokemon stuffed toys, The Pokemon Company has recently opened up pre-orders for an incredibly large Garchomp plush. A dual-type Dragon/Ground Pokemon, fans of Garchomp who consider it their favorite pocket creature will likely be interested in having the large stuffed toy as part of their personal collection.

The trend of creating giant Pokemon plush toys is quite prominent within The Pokemon Company. Over the years, the Japanese company has released many official giant, life-sized plushies that fans can purchase and display in their own homes. Some of the featured Pokemon that have turned into massive plush toys are Snorlax, Piplup, Lucario, Psyduck, and most recently, Spheal. With the addition of Garchomp in the roster of giant-sized Pokemon plushies, it seems The Pokemon Company has all the intention of producing more in the same product range.

According to the official Japanese Pokemon Twitter account, pre-orders for the large Garchomp plush have already opened through the Premium Bandai online store. The toy is scheduled to be shipped in Japan next year, around February 2023. Purchasing the giant Pokemon stuffed plush will come with an expensive price tag of 57,200 Yen or roughly $390 USD, excluding shipping fees. However, fans will get a good amount of the Pokemon in their homes as the stuffed toy measures about 180cm in width, has a height of 80cm, and a length of about 160cm.

Unfortunately, fans located outside of Japan who love the dual Ground/Dragon-type Garchomp will have to wait for official news that the plush will be available in other regions. The product is incredibly large, and it may take some time for The Pokemon Company to transport them to other parts of the world. That is, if the company actually decides to offer the toy for sale to Western fans. However, with the giant Pokemon Spheal plush recently being listed for sale in North America, fans are likely hoping that the massive Garchomp plushie will also hit stores beyond Japan.

With more than 900 Pokemon spanning across different generations, and more to come with the new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, The Pokemon Company has a lot of pocket creatures to choose from when making large-sized stuffed toys. Hopefully the company continues the trend of producing giant Pokemon plush items for its fanbase as the community seems to really get excited every time a new one is announced to the public.
