Pokemon GO brings back the much-awaited Winter Holiday 2023 event featuring some of the best Ice-type monsters. The event debuts several Pokemon including Cetoddle, Cetitanis, Holiday Attire Pikachu, and Holiday Attire Raichu. There are two parts of the Winter Holiday 2023 event, and currently only Part 1 is live for participation.
The Pokemon GO Winter Holiday 2023 Part 1 commences on Monday, December 18, at 10 AM and ends on Monday, December 25, at 10 AM Local Time. Players can partake in a Field Research, and four different Timed Research quests including the event-exclusive Winter Wishes Timed Research. Completing the Timed Research rewards players with multiple Pokemon encounters and valuable in-game items. Pokemon GO Winter Wishes 2023: Timed Research Tasks And Rewards
The Pokemon GO Winter Holiday 2023 event has four Timed Research quests including the Winter Wishes Timed Research quest, Winter Holiday Timed Research quest, Winter Holiday Part 2 Timed Research quest, and the Frosty Festivities Timed Research quest. Regarding the Winter Wishes Timed Research quest, it is divided into two branches and each branch offers a unique bonus of either 2× XP or 2× Stardust for catching Pokemon.
The Winter Wishes Timed Research starts off with Step One and later players have two segments they can choose in Step Two; Catching Pokemon Path or Collecting Stardust Path. The path players take decides the bonus they get. Although the Winter Holiday 2023 event is divided into two parts, Pokemon GO players can complete the Winter Wishes Timed Research throughout both parts of the event.
