  • These quality-of-life features are a significant improvement for players, especially those in rural areas or with large rosters.

A new Pokemon GO update has added a way to heal and revive their entire roster, as well as a solo Ready-to-Raid button. These two quality-of-life features were highly requested by the Pokemon GO community over the years.

Since its whirlwind release in 2016, Pokemon GO has allowed players to experience what it was like to be a Pokemon trainer in real life. Last July, Niantic added a “Ready-to-Raid” button, which allowed players in the lobby to shorten the countdown timer significantly as they prepared to take on some of the strongest pocket monsters in Pokemon GO. However, this feature did not apply to solo trainers who still had to wait for the entire length of time. Now, less than a year later, Niantic is changing that.

A Pokemon GO player suggests a change to Remote Raids, and other players give their opinions on how this would be useful for the game.

On Twitter, LeekDuck, a prominent Pokemon GO community member, posted that Niantic had added group healing and reviving, as well as updated the “Ready-to-Raid” button for solo trainers. Known as “Heal All” and “Revive All,” players can now get their Pokemon GO roster back in fighting shape quickly, provided they have enough Potions and Revives to do so. In addition, solo players no longer have to wait to get a full lobby to skip the countdown timer in Raids. According to LeekDuck’s screenshot, the “Ready” button will be available for players to use after 30 seconds.

New Features Added to Pokemon GO

  • Heal All Pokemon button
  • Revive All Pokemon button
  • Solo Ready-to-Raid button

The addition of this quality-of-life feature will make raiding a much better experience for rural Pokemon GO players who oftentimes cannot get a full lobby and have to wait. And with Raids and battles becoming more accessible and popular, the new “Heal All” and “Revive All” options are a significant improvement as it can take players quite some time to individually go through their entire roster, which can total to over 7000 Pokemon after increasing the storage limit.
