The Spring Into Spring event lasts from 10:00 AM local time on April 4, 2023, to 8:00 PM local time on April 10, 2023, and seems to be focused on getting people out of the house and enjoying the new season.
The Spring Into Spring event in Pokemon GO adds Cutiefly and Ribombee to the game, as well as a whole host of adorable costumed Pokemon and increased wild spawns of certain Spring-themed Pokemon. The Field Research Tasks offer a way for players to collect even more of the unique costumed Pokemon as rewards.
How to Get Field Research Tasks in Pokemon GO
Field Research Tasks in Pokemon GO can be acquired through spinning Pokestops in the local area. Only one Field Research Task per Pokestop can be acquired per day, but players can acquire and complete multiple Field Research Tasks per day as long as they all come from different Pokestops. Field Research Tasks can be accessed by tapping the binocular icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

While no Field Research Tasks have been released for April 2023 at the time of writing, the Spring Into Spring event adds three new Field Research Tasks with four exclusive rewards. The 'Hatch an Egg' Task has the chance of spawning either Eevee or Pikachu.
Tips for Hatching Eggs in Pokemon GO
This event's Field Research tasks are focused on getting people out and about. In order to Hatch Eggs, players must walk a certain distance associated with the Egg placed inside the incubator. Some level of walking will be involved, but here are some tips for speeding up the process and hatching Eggs the most efficiently:
- Take advantage of the event bonus: the Spring Into Spring event comes with a bonus that reduces the distance needed to hatch eggs by half - 2km Eggs will take 1km of walking, 5km Eggs will take 2.5km of walking, and so on. This bonus only lasts for a week, though, so players should take advantage while it's available.
- Use Super Incubators: Super Incubators are a special kind of Egg Incubator that hatches eggs 1.5x faster than the Standard Incubator.
- Purchase the Explorer Box: The Explorer Box is a box available in the Pokemon GO Shop that comes with 10x Incubators, 10x Super Incubators, and 5x Incense. It's available for 1,850 Coins and has a value of 3,700, making it a fantastic deal that will greatly speed up the process of hatching Eggs.
