The latest Pokemon Presents presentation from The Pokemon Company revealed the existence of a new peripheral, the Pokemon GO Plus +. The accessory is shaped like a small Poke Ball and fits right into people's pockets and backpacks; it's meant to be connected via Bluetooth to Pokemon GO and Pokemon Sleep, the latter launching sometime this summer.
When paired with Pokemon GO, the Plus + device can automatically spin PokeStops for players and even catch Pokemon. This works even if people aren't actively looking at the app on their smartphones. And once Pokemon Sleep comes out, the device can lie next to people while resting to track their sleep data. There's even a cute Pikachu voice that can be enabled to let people know when it's time to wake up or when it's time for bed.
How Much is Pokemon GO Plus Plus?
The Pokemon GO Plus + device can be preordered for $54.99. The package contains the device, a strap with a clip, a USB charging cable, and a manual.
Where to Preorder Pokemon GO Plus Plus
As of the time of writing, Pokemon GO Plus + can be preordered at Target, Best Buy, and GameStop. It was available to preorder through Nintendo's official site, but it appears to be sold out at this moment.
As for other retailers like Walmart and Amazon, there are no listings for the new Poke-device. Of course, there's a chance more preorders might become available before the launch in July.

Is Pokemon GO Plus Plus Worth It?
With the steep, almost-$60 price tag of the device, many folks wonder if it's worth the preorder. That being said, this will only be good for those that are really into Pokemon GO and want a way to catch more Pokemon without needing to always have your phone out. Those that walk around a lot for work but don't always have access to their phone might find this device to be super useful.
However, if you're someone that already plays Pokemon GO while walking most of the time, this might not be necessary.
The Pokemon Plus + device will launch on July 14, 2023.
