The Pokemon GO Team GO Rocket members are infamous for using Shadow Monsters. Multiple Grunts and Leaders are prominent in the game, and Cliff is one of the Team GO Rocket leaders reporting to the Main Boss, Giovanni. There are a total of 7 Shadow Pokemon in Cliff’s arsenal. The three-phases match has a fixed Pokemon in the first phase, but the second and final phases have an unpredictable roster of 3 selections each. Shadow Gyarados Counters

Shadow Gyarados is a dual Flying and Water-type Shadow Monster. The Pokemon is vulnerable to Electric-type and Rock-type moves but can fairly resist Ground, Bug, Fighting, Fire, Steel, and Water-type attacks.
