To evolve Sliggoo into Goodra, players will need to spend 100 Goomy Candies on a rainy day. Sliggoo evolves into Goodra either when there's an active Rainy Lure Module around or when the weather in Pokemon GO is rainy.

To do this, they'll need to use 25 Candies to evolve Goomy into Sliggoo and then another 100 Candies to evolve Sliggoo into a shiny Goodra. Unfortunately, shiny Sliggoo or Goodra cannot be found in the wild in Pokemon GO.
Is Goodra Worth It?
Goodra is considered one of the best rarest Pokemon in the game due to its impressive defense stat. However, it's important to note that Goodra's attack skills are not S-Tier and may not be sufficient to defeat the top META creatures.
