As players that peruse this list may notice, it is not possible to obtain Guzzlord in PoGO through completion of any Greedy Gluttons Field Research tasks. Indeed, while this Ultra Beast is making its Pokemon GO debut during the event, it can only be found in five-star raids. Fans that are primarily interested in the Greedy Gluttons event due to the availability of Guzzlord may thus want to skip out on the Field Research and focus their efforts elsewhere.

For those players that are looking for some other activities with which to occupy themselves, there is a set of Timed Research associated with the Greedy Gluttons event. This research is composed of seven walking-based tasks, and fans will earn two Snorlax encounters if they work through all of them. Players that put some time toward completing the Greedy Gluttons Timed Research will also receive a variety of Berries, 7,000 XP, and a Poffin in Pokemon GO, which may provide enough motivation to get fans out and walking.

While players are working on this Timed Research, they may also want to be on the lookout for the Gold PokeStops that began to appear at the conclusion of the Dratini Community Day Classic. Fans that spin these special PokeStops have a chance to receive mysterious gold coins in PoGO, which are connected to a Paldea-region Pokemon known as Gimmighoul. While the precise function of these coins is not currently known, players that collect some of them now will be ahead of the curve when their use is finally revealed.
