How To Get Shiny Pikachu and Shiny Raichu wearing a Detective Hat In Pokemon GO
Since the Pokemon GO Detective Pikachu Returns event features both Pikachu and Raichu wearing a Detective Hat, their spawn rates significantly boost during the event hours. The event starts on October 5 at 10:00 AM and ends on October 9 at 8:00 PM Local Time. Pikachu and Raichu wearing a Detective Hat have their Shiny variants available, but the Shiny encounter isn’t guaranteed. One has to encounter multiple standard variants to catch up to their Shiny spawn rate.
Pokemon GO Shiny encounters are linked to the spawn rate of each monster, with each monster having its unique Shiny odds. The higher the spawn rate, the faster players achieve the Shiny spawn rate. While there’s no guaranteed method to boost the Pokemon spawn rate, players can use various items to try and increase their chances.
Players can use Pokemon GO items like Lure Modules, Incense, and the Weather Boost feature to increase Pokemon spawn rates. Certain monsters spawn at an increased rate in certain weather conditions.
