Pokemon GO has recently brought the beloved Charcadet to its mobile game, bringing also both of its evolutions - Armarouge and Ceruledge. Either one of these can be obtained in Pokemon GO but both have to be evolved differently.
In order to get Ceruledge, you will need to give it 50 Characadet candies and defeat a total of 30 Ghost-type Pokemon GO while it is your buddy in the game. This can be easily done when defeating Team Rock that has taken over PokeStops, as they normally use a Ghost-type Pokemon. To get Armarouge, it will be a similar process, but instead of fighting Ghost-type, you'll need to defeat a total of 30 Psychic-type Pokemon. After the battles are completed, you can then use the 50 candies to evolve Charcadet into the desired evolution.

Best Moveset for Charcadet, Armarouge, and Ceruledge
Charcadet is a Fire-type Pokemon, making it strong against Bug, Steel, Grass, and Ice-type Pokemon but weak against Ground, Rock, and Water-type Pokemon. Its best attack moves in Pokemon GO are Ember and Flamethrower. Charcadet has a max CP of 828.
Armarouge, the burning fire Pokemon with golden armor, is a Fire and Psychic-type Pokemon. Psychic types are weak against Bug, Ghost, and Dark but strong against Fighting and Poison-types. Armarouge's best moves are Incinerate and Flamethrower. This Pokemon also has a max CP of 3628.
Finally, Ceruledge, the blue flame Pokemon. This evolution of Charcadet is a Fire and Ghost-type Pokemon, making it strong against Psychic-type Pokemon and weak against Normal and Dark types. For Ceruledge, its strongest moves are Incinerate and Shadow Ball. The maximum level at which Ceruledge can be powered up is a maximum CP of 3586, making it just a little bit less powerful than Armarouge.
Each evolution of Charcadet can be pretty powerful, so it is worth getting one with the best moveset loadout and using it in different battles and raids against other players and other Pokemon. Just remember that as soon as you catch a Charcadet, make it your buddy and defeat Pokemon with it, so you'll be able to evolve it into one or the other as soon as you get enough candies in Pokemon GO.
