The recent announcement of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has stirred a lot of speculation around what the game is going to be like. With only the pre-evolution versions of Scarlet and Violet's starter Pokemon revealed, a lot of this speculation is surrounding what the evolved versions of this 9th generation of Pokemon might look like, and one fan took a shot at what they thought Fuecoco's final evolution could turn out to be.

The newest Pokemon Scarlet and Violet was announced on February 27th, 2022 along with it the three starter Pokemon for the region in which the game will be set. Fuecoco is the fire-type starter Pokemon that was announced and nothing has been revealed on the evolutions for any of the starters as yet.

Reddit user Fox_in_soxx posted an image of their interpretation of what Fuecoco's final evolution could look like. The image shows a more fierce-looking version of the Pokemon that gives the impression of a dragon since it has a long neck. The signature yellow strip on Fuecoco's chest is expanded into multiple strips all over the Pokemon, similar to stripes with blue accents, and it has thick claws on its long arms. On its tail, there are two large circular things that look a bit like flaming exhaust pipes, however, they also have a look similar to volcanoes.

This interpretation of what Scarlet and Violet's Fuecoco could look like in its final evolution keeps a lot of the characteristics of the original starter Pokemon, as most final evolutions tend to, therefore it feels very believable. It would not be surprising if the real final evolution of Fuecoco is at least somewhat close to the direction this interpretation brings to the fire-type Pokemon.

There have been many interpretations of Scarlet and Violet's starter's final evolutions on Reddit that are similar, and also different from this one. Fans seem to want one thing and one thing only, for Fuecoco not to end up as a fire-fighting type by the end of its evolution run like so many of the fire-type starter Pokemon in past games.

Some information regarding Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is lacking at this time, therefore it's unclear when fans will get an official design of Fuecoco's evolution line or even that of Sprigatito and Quaxly. Until more information is available, Fuecoco's evolutions are up to the fans' interpretations of what direction the designs could go. At this point, the possibilities are endless until Game Freak is ready to reveal more about this exciting installment in the Pokemon franchise.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are scheduled for release in 2022 on Nintendo Switch.
