The Pokemon fandom is filled with dedicated players who definitely have their favorites among the hundreds of collectible creatures. Celebrating a favorite Pokemon can be done in a wide variety of ways, starting by just capturing it in-game. However, some fans like to go a bit further, collecting or even creating collectible pieces of Pokemon art and jewelry.

Pokemon and jewelry have a long history, ranging from official pieces produced by Nintendo and The Pokemon Company themselves, to fan-made work. While some people like Logan Paul are content to just wear a Pokemon card around their necks, others can choose to celebrate it with a one-of-a-kind pendant instead.

This latest Pokemon creation comes courtesy of Sauronchan, who runs Lineartpendants, a shop dedicated to making jewelry based off popular franchises like Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! The artist shared one of their latest creations on Reddit, revealing a double-sided silver pendant of a Mewtwo Pokemon card. The replica is impeccable, made with hand-polished, laser cut and engraved silver. It's an impressive recreation, and not even their first, as the same artist has created and previously shared similar pendants of Ancient Mew and Charizard, as well.

Fans seem very receptive to the pendants, heaping praise on the artist in the comments of the post, and on their Instagram page. Several reached out about the possibility of other Pokemon cards being given the same treatment, to which Sauronchan noted that they do take custom orders. Other card pendants shown on their site also come in gold, so die-hard fans who want the very best can likely choose that option.

When Pokemon first took the world by storm, there were undoubtedly many people who thought it would be just one more passing fad that kids would eventually grow out of. However, as time has gone on, the popularity of Pokemon has remained high all over the planet, and many of those kids have now grown into adults who still love the series. Fanart and other Pokemon fan creations have become more complex and intricate as time has gone on, with fans making everything from Pikachu laser art to spending hundreds of hours on Pokemon bead collages.

Pokemon doesn't show any signs of slowing down, and its fans seem to be happy to dive into whatever adventure comes their way, like the recent Pokemon Legends: Arceus. As long as the Pokemon series continues, fans will likely keep creating impressive works like these to celebrate it.
