A Pokemon fan and artist has designed Paradox forms for Eevee, a clever twist on the typical Eevee fan art. Eevee has been one of the most popular creatures in all of Pokemon since the very first games. Its unique evolution line has made it stand out from the hundreds of other Pokemon, with fans still creating fan art imagining fresh evolutions for Eevee.

Most Pokemon have a fairly linear evolution path, but Eevee is a big exception to the rule. Eevee can evolve into eight different Pokemon, all of which represent a different type. The first generation games saw Eevee evolve into Water-type Vaporeon, Electric-type Jolteon, and Fire-type Flareon with Dark-type Umbreon and Psychic-type Espeon introduced in the Generation 2 Pokemon games. Grass-type Leafeon and Ice-type Glaceon were introduced in the Generation 4 Pokemon games, while Fairy-type Sylveon was added in the Generation 6 games, Pokemon X and Y.

There haven't been any new Eeveelutions added to the Pokemon franchise since then, despite the fact that there are still 10 more Pokemon types that have yet to be represented by Eevee evolutions. Many fan artists have taken it upon themselves to fill in the gaps, creating new Eevee evolutions that represent the various types that have yet to get official designs. Reddit user and artist JJonnie took a different route, instead creating new Paradox forms for Eevee instead.

Paradox Pokemon are a new concept introduced in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet games. They essentially redesign existing Pokemon, but give them either a prehistoric or futuristic theme. Both possible Paradox forms are represented in JJonnie's drawings, with Hidden Sun being a Dark/Psychic-type prehistoric Paradox form and Iron Palette being a Normal-type futuristic Paradox form.

The designs are impressive enough that they may make some Pokemon fans call for official Paradox forms for Eevee and its evolutions, but nothing like that exists in the games at the time of this writing. Upcoming Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk are adding new Pokemon to the mix, but no Pokemon have been announced that have any kind of connection to Eevee, unfortunately.

It's always possible that the Generation 10 Pokemon games will give Eevee some attention, especially since it hasn't had a new evolution in a decade at this point. Time will tell if a new Eevee evolution or Paradox form is ever introduced, but fans can expect plenty more fan art on the subject.
