4 Divine Judgment
The Divine Judgment skill is a Bless skill that halves the remaining HP of the targeted enemy. It has 100% accuracy and costs 48 SP. Party members can use this skill when they equip the Judgment Cross. Bosses are exempt from the effects of this skill.

Demonic Decree is a Curse skill that halves the remaining HP of the targeted enemy. Its accuracy is 100%, and it costs 48 SP to use. Party members can equip the Cursed Ribbon to use this skill. Bosses are not affected by this skill.
The Protagonist can teach his Persona this skill with a Skill Card. He can obtain it by using Electric Chair Execution on Belial or Thanatos Picaro. The Persona that will learn this skill by leveling up include the following:

2 Black Viper
Black Viper deals severe Almighty damage to the selected target. Its power is 230, accuracy 98%, and costs 48 SP to use. It's a reference to the snake from the Garden of Eden that tempted Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit.
It is very limited in which Persona can use it. Satan of the Judgment Arcana can learn this skill at level 94, while Satanael of the Fool Arcana will learn it at level 96.
1 Rebellion Blade
The Rebellion Blade skill is the only Almighty skill that deals colossal damage, which is the highest tier of damage dealt in the game. If the enemy is down already, it deals even more damage. This means the player has the chance to deal an instant kill in many cases.
This skill is unique to Goro. No one else and no Personas are able to use it. The downside to using this skill is the massive SP cost of 99. However, when facing off against a tough adversary, it can be a very advantageous move to make.
