As Persona 4 Golden continues to grow in popularity after its Steam release, more players will be navigating the social links available in the game. With so many characters who the protagonist can rank up with, it may be hard for the player to keep them all straight. Continuing where the last persona breakdown left off, this will showcase the rest of the social links the player can begin until the end of the game.

Priestess — Yukiko Amagi

Yukiko Amagi joins the Investigation Team after being rescued from her castle in the Midnight Channel. When the group plans a stake-out to keep an eye on Kanji Tatsumi on May 17, the protagonist begins a social link with her. The player can find her in Classroom Building 1F of Yasogami High School or the southern section of the Shopping District. While growing Yukiko's social link rank, the protagonist helps her try to grow her skills and discover a career path outside of the family inn. However, when her social link reaches Rank 10, she realizes that she wants to continue her family's legacy after all.

Many Priestess personas have healing or support attributes that can be used for the whole team. When Yukiko's social link reaches max rank with the protagonist, her persona will transform into Amaterasu. If the protagonist initiates a social link meeting with her at max level after January 10, her persona will once again evolve into Sumeo-Okami. The ultimate form of the Priestess arcana that the protagonist can unlock is Scathach, Jen Mentor.

Empress — Margaret

Margaret, Igor's assistant in the Velvet Room, is the character that hold's the Empress social link with the player. Once the protagonist's Knowledge reaches Expert level on May 20 or later, he can initiate the social link with her. Margaret can be found in the Velvet Room, where she will request to see specific personas. Her social link is unique in that it can be accomplished all on the same day, but the protagonist's level can inhibit the personas he is able to summon, which may be an obstacle in creating or summoning certain personas for Margaret's challenge.

Personas of the Empress arcana typically use Ice attacks, and healing abilities are relatively common for the arcana as well. When the protagonist maxes out this social link in Persona 4 Golden, he is able to summon Isis, the Mother of Reincarnation.

Devil — Sayako Uehara

Sayako Uehara is the embodiment of the Devil arcana. Players can initiate the social link by working in the Hospital starting on May 25. Sayako can be found at the Hospital at night on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday when the protagonist may work there as a janitor. When spending time with Kanji, the player encourages Kanji to not feel ashamed of his sewing skills and to attempt to take back his own identity.

Star arcana personas typically show off Ice and Wind attacks, but are usually weak to Fire attacks. When the protagonist reaches the max rank with the Star arcana, Teddy's persona transforms into Kamui. The ultimate persona of the Star arcana is Helel, the Light-Bearer.

Naoto can be found at Classroom Building 1F of Yasogami High School or the southern section of the Shopping District. Through Naoto's social link, the player helps her solve a mystery and embrace her childhood.

Personas of the Fortune arcana usually specialize in Wind-based abilities. When the social link reaches max rank, Naoto's persona changes into Yamato Takeru. Ai Ebihara is the ambassador of the Moon arcana. After the protagonist reaches Rank 4 with the Strength social link and ranks high in Courage, he can talk to her near the lockers in Yasogami High School's Classroom Building 1F. Occasionally, Ai will ask the player to ditch school to hang out with her, or she can be found where the player first initiated her social link. During their time together, the protagonist helps Ai confess her feelings to the person who is that playthrough's Strength arcana and ultimately understand her true self.

Moon arcana based personas often have Physical skills and average Magic stats. The ultimate persona of the Moon arcana is Sandalphon, the Angel of Prayer.

Death — Hisano Kuroda

Hisano Kuroda gives the player access to the Death arcana. After the protagonist reaches Rank 4 with the Devil arcana social link, he can initiate the social link with her after meeting her in the hospital at night. Once the social like has begun, the player can find her at the banks of the Samegawa Flood Plain on Sundays and holidays when there is sunny or cloudy skies. The Judgement arcana's social link progresses with the story and is tied to Seekers of Truth in the ranking up screen. The social link is initiated on December 3 if the protagonist correctly deduces the identity of the murder the Investigation Team had been chasing throughout the game. Once the social link activates, it advances quickly and reaches its max rank when the team defeats the true culprit in Persona 4 Golden.

Personas of the Judgement arcana typically follow a balance between Light and Dark abilities. When the social rank maxes out, the protagonist can summon the ultimate Judgement persona Lucifer, the Rebel King of Hell.

With the game wrapping up, it's important to keep in mind that three of the party members are some of the last obtainable party members. Ranking up with party members gives added benefits like special attacks and added synergy with the protagonist. While that is said, the player needs to reach Rank 9 in order to romance characters in Persona 4 Golden, so the player will need to also take this into consideration when spending time with the different social links.
