How to Beat Invaluable Hands in Persona 3 Reload

P3R-Invaluable-Hand-Fight

As mentioned above, Invaluable Hands is the version of Rare Shadows that is found in the Yabbashah block of Tartarus. When facing Invaluable Hands, consider implementing the following strategies:

The most important thing to remember when taking on Rare Shadows is that combat has a fairly quick time limit. Try to act to destroy Invaluable Hands as quickly as possible to ensure it does not escape combat.

  • Focus on using high-level Personas that specialize in Dark-based attacks, such as Pale Rider, Loa, and Samael. Many of the Persona of the Death Arcana will be particularly useful here.
  • Utilize Koromaru in the party while in Yabbashah. He has Dark spells as part of his stock arsenal.
  • For party members that do not have Dark spells, consider using any Eiga or Maeiha Gems available in the Item Inventory. This is a useful time to use gems, as players have a short window to destroy the Invaluable Hands before it leaves combat.
  • Invaluable Hands often bring other shadows into the fight, making it one of the first Rare Shadows to not enter combat alone. Because of this, players will often focus too much on the other shadows, allowing Invaluable Hands to escape combat. Invaluable Hands should always be the focus of all attacks. If players can target the other shadows' weaknesses, then the All-Out Attack is a viable strategy.
