The second boss encounter in Persona 3 Reload takes place on 6/8. Sees investigates the disappearance of a student at Gekkoukan High School, and things don't go entirely according to plan.
The day's events culminate with a fight against not one but two figures from the Tarot Major Arcana: the Emperor and the Empress. The two enemies are immune to almost every kind of attack, but this is mostly so Persona 3 Reload can show off the newest party member's special game mechanics. But you can't use this mechanic infinite times, even in this fight, so you should avoid underestimating these enemies.

Finding Fuuka
Before the boss fight begins, you'll need to survive two floors of Tartarus with just the protagonist. Fortunately, Persona 3 Reload takes pity on players, because all the enemies are from the first five floors of the first layer of Tartarus. If you managed to reach the top floor of Arqa before 6/8, you should have no trouble tearing these enemies to pieces.
You should also take a moment to explore the two floors before heading up. Both levels have several treasure chests on them, and their contents include three pairs of elemental damage gems. These gems may come in handy during the fight with the Emperor and Empress.
Persona 3 Reload: How to Get Twilight Fragments (& All Twilight Fragment Locations)
Early on into Persona 3 Reload you will find a mysterious new consumable item known as a Twilight Fragment.
The Emperor and Empress Boss Fight
Unlike the Priestess, who reflected Ice and had no weakness, the Emperor and Empress nullify all attack types except one, and this exception is their weakness. This is to make sure you use Fuuka's special support power, which lets you see all of an enemy's elemental affinities all at once.
However, prepared players can get a head start on this fight by identifying the bosses' weaknesses without Fuuka. In particular, the Emperor always starts weak to Electricity and the Empress always starts weak to Piercing. The Emperor also resists Slash damage instead of nullifying it, possibly to prevent players from getting stuck after running out of SP.
Starting on round two, Fuuka will be able to use the special ability Full Analysis to uncover every elemental affinity an enemy has. To activate this ability, go to the Analyze screen and hit the button next to "Full Analysis." This skill doesn't cost a turn, but it does cost 35 of Fuuka's SP. She has 160 SP for this fight, so Fuuka can only use it four times before you have to start spending SP items on her.
What makes this fight tough is that both the Emperor and Empress have a special skill called Paradigm Shift. This lets them shift their elemental weakness and resistance around, and it resets the Analyze screen to question marks. Their new weakness is random, but the Empress is always weak to physical damage and the Emperor is always weak to elemental damage (not including Light or Dark).
Something else to keep in mind is that your party for this fight consists of Akihiko and Junpei. This means you should have Personas that can use Ice, Wind, and Pierce damage types to cover every element. If you don't have any, and you saved your game too recently, you can use the Rewind function to go back to 6/7 and get what you need from the Velvet Room. If needed, you can also use items to deal elemental damage.
You'll need to All-Out Attack several times even after you start nailing weaknesses, but eventually the two bosses will fall. Once they do, you can accept your milestone trophy, sit back, and enjoy the story, because the boss fight is the last major event of the day.
