Aigis wasn't a Social Link in the original Persona 3, but Atlus added her for the FES rerelease, and her Aeon Social Link has been in every version of the game since then. Persona 3 Reload is no exception.
Unlike the other SEES members who get Social Links, Aigis has no social stat requirements that you need to meet to start the Aeon Social Link. However, hers is also the last Social Link you can start in Persona 3 Reload, so you'll need to know exactly what to say and how to spend your time if you want to max out her link before the end of the game.

The Star Social Link in Persona 3 Reload is easy to miss on a first playthrough, so here's how to unlock it and rank it up ASAP.
General Information
Because her Social Link was added later, her Tarot Arcana comes from an alternate deck. The Aeon is an alternative to the Judgment card, and it shows up in the Thoth deck. It represents taking responsibility for past actions, but also starting a new life and ascending to a higher state of being. That's why Atlus chose it to represent Aigis after she begins to transcend her robotic origin.
The first day you can start the Aeon Social Link is 1/8, the first day of the third school term. From then on, you can advance her Social Link on any school day except 1/25. 1/25, a Monday, is Career Counseling Day, and Aigis is too busy with that to hang out. Since the game's deadline is 1/31, this means you get less than 20 days to reach Aeon rank 10 (and finish off any other Social Links you haven't yet).
Something to note is that Aeon isn't one of the P3R Social Links that advance automatically. If you want to finish Aigis's story as fast as possible, you should boost her relationship points as much as you can.
You can gain these points by always carrying an Aeon Persona into her rank events, choosing the right dialog options (listed below), spending time with her on days off, hanging out with her in the dorm in the evening, and buying dating site links from the Suspicious Man in Club Escapade. You can also pray at the shrine for relationship points, but only do so if it's a Sunday and Aigis doesn't offer to hang out with you.

On the Romance path, Aigis invites you into her room. On the Friends path, she'll make photographic memories in the dorm lounge. Either way, you can choose any dialog options since relationship points no longer matter.
Your reward for completing the Aeon Social Link is a Charred Screw. This key item unlocks access to Metatron, the ultimate Aeon Persona. You can carry this item into New Game Plus in case you don't fuse Metatron before the end of the game.
