How to Unlock Tonbo-kiri in Persona 3 Reload
In order to even be able to fuse the Tonbo-kiri spear at Mayoido Antiques, you will have to meet a few prerequisites. This includes:
- Complete the 'true ending' on 12/31
- Unlock Elizabeth's final set of requests, including #91, 'Bring me a Tonbo-kiri'
To unlock the recipe for Tonbo-kiri, you'll first need to make sure you complete the 'true ending,' which we have provided a full guide on. Once January starts, take a visit to Mayoido Antiques, and you'll find the Tonbo-kiri underneath the Prime Nihil Blade section. You can craft this to give to Ken Amada, or you can also use it to complete Request #91 for Elizabeth.
This weapon is not only incredibly strong, but it can also protect Amada from mental ailments. This is quite useful for battles towards the end of the game and can allow Amada to stay active on the battlefield.

How to Fuse Tonbo-kiri in Persona 3 Reload
To fuse the Tonbo-kiri at Mayoido Antiques, you'll need to get your hands on a few different items. This includes:
- 5x Diamond
- 2x Gold Quartz
- 1x Prime Nihil Blade
All of these materials can be found within Tartarus, but some can only be located in certain blocks and areas. You can find more information below on each material.
