Robin Hood is the initial Persona of Goro Akechi in Persona 5/Royal. If you purchase the Royal Persoan Set 1 DLC in Persona 3 Reload, then you can equip Robin Hood to the protagonist. He's a Persona of the Justice Arcana in Persona 3 Reload, meaning you can have him with you when spending time with the Justice Social Link. Otherwise, Robin Hood has average stats and a good Skillset that makes him versatile in battle. However, you'll want to be wary of his Affinity Weakness to Dark.

You will need to purchase the Persona 5 Royal Persona Set 1 ($5.99) DLC to get Robin Hood and the other Phantom Thieves' initial Personas. Once you purchased the DLC, you can pick it up in-game from the closet in Your Room at Iwatodai Dorm.
You can then summon Robin Hood from the Compendium in the Velvet Room. The first time you summon him, he'll be free of charge. Afterwards, you'll need to pay the fee or be the same level in order to Fuse him.

Robin Hood's base level is 37. He has all-around stats, making him a good physical or magic attacker. However, most of the Skills he learns via leveling are magic (ex: Megido and Eigaon), so he might work better at targeting Affinity Weaknesses.

Recommended Skills for Robin Hood
- Passive Skills like Null Dark and Evade Dark are really good to have for Robin Hood. This will nullify his Affinity Weakness. Both of these Skills can be obtained as Skill Cards in Shuffle Time as the 11 of Swords and 7 of Swords respectively.
- Resist Ailments can be good to reduce the chances of the protagonist being inflicted with Confuse, Rage, etc. If you want to Null an ailment, then consider Null Dizzy or Null Rage instead.
- You can "upgrade" Megido for Megidolaon, which you can get from the 12 of Swords card in Shuffle Time.
- Other useful skills are Debilitate and Heat Riser. Debilitate will lower the target's Attack, Defense, and Accuracy/Evasion for three turns; Heat Riser raises the Attack, Defense, and Accuracy/Evasion of a target for three turns.
- You can also have Concentrate in Robin Hood's Skill-list. This will double the power of magical attacks for the next turn.
