Among many of the other end-game Persona in Persona 3 Reload, Helel is incredibly powerful but will require some intricate fusing to take place in the Velvet Room. There are a few different prerequisites that need to be met to even have the option to start creating Helel as well.
Though there are a few different steps you'll need to complete to fuse Helel, this guide will go through everything you need to know. Helel is one of the best Persona to have towards the end of the campaign when you need to prepare for the final battle with Nyx, so here's what you'll need to do to make it.

How to Max Out Star Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
To unlock the ability to fuse Helel, you'll first need to fully max out the Star Social Link to Rank 10. To do this, you'll want to meet with Mamoru on August 2nd at the Iwatodai Strip Mall. He is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
You'll also need to make sure that your Courage is at least at Rank 4. There are many different tasks you can do to improve this Social Stat, including singing Karaoke, visiting Game Parade, eating at Wilduck Burger, and much more. Once you've properly completed these two requirements, you'll receive a notification in the game that you now can fuse Helel.
Persona 3 Reload: How to Fuse Hell Biker
The ability to fuse Hell Biker came from an Elizabeth request in the original, but that has changed in Atlus' Persona 3 Reload.
How to Fuse Helel in Persona 3 Reload
Similar to the Persona Messiah, Helel can be made through the Simple Fusion option in the Velvet Room. To make Helel, you can choose between the three fusion options below:
- Alilat (Empress) + Loki (Fool)
- Metatron (Aeon) + Lilith (Devil)
- Messiah (Judgement) + Futsunushi or Rangda (Magician)
Since this guide explains how to fuse Messiah, this option of the three will be selected to make Helel. Now, the only Persona that will be remaining is either Futsunushi or Rangda, which are both Magician types. These Persona require the following to be fused:
- Futsunushi: Raphael (Lovers) + Kikuri-Hime (Priestess) or Garuda (Star) + Atropos (Fortune)
- Rangda: Virtue (Justice) + Kurama Tengu (Hermit) or Naga Raja (Emperor) + Hanuman (Strength)
If you're having trouble choosing which Persona to utilize to fuse Helel, the best thing to do is visit the Compendium Summon section in the Velvet Room. This will allow you to take a look at every single Persona you've unlocked already, and see if you already have the required Persona to make Helel. You can then summon them for a price if you don't currently have the Persona in your inventory.
