On May 9 in Persona 3 Reload, you'll get to go through your first Full Moon Operation during the Dark Hour. Instead of going up Tartarus like usual, the crew will have to go onto the Monorail train platform and defeat a boss Shadow called the Priestess. On the way to the front of the train to fight this boss, though, you'll need to defeat some smaller Shadows --such as Heat Balance and Spurious Book. Finding these creatures' weaknesses can be difficult, but this guide will help.

Yukari will be the best person for the job when it comes to taking down Heat Balance. The demon is weak to Electric and Wind-type moves. Use Yukari's Garu skill to knock Heat Balance down and cause some serious damage. Of course, if you have any Persona up your sleeve that have Zio or Garu (or higher-leveled versions), make sure to switch to them before attacking. Your two allies will only know Garu and Agi, so any enemy not weak to Fire or Wind will need its weaknesses targeted by the main protagonist.

It's also worth noting that Heat Balance does not take damage from Fire or Ice-type moves.

As for the Spurious Book enemy you will encounter on the train, it only has one weakness, and that weakness is Electric. A good Zio attack from one of your Persona should easily take care of this creature. If there's no monster in your pocket that you can switch to with an Electric skill, you can always use other P3R skills to whittle the enemy's health down.
