When a game like Persona 3 Reload gets serious, sometimes players don't have a choice but to bring out the big guns. In the latter stages of the game where enemies start to get too difficult to deal with, sometimes elites and even bosses not only deal massive damage but also whip out one Ailment after the next. Such situations can make micromanaging Amrita Drops and Mediarahans impractical for the action economy, which is where Salvation comes into play.

Despite its costly nature, whipping out Salvation at times when players can't decide whether Ailments of HP need prioritization can help turn the tide of battle. The team's main healer having Salvation in case of emergencies can ensure the party has a fighting chance against stronger foes.

When it comes to a turn-based game like Persona 3 Reload, it wouldn't hurt for players to stay extra cautious in combat. In later levels where enemies bank on both Ailments and powerful attacks to try and obliterate the player's team, something as simple as Diarahan can be handy so that things don't get out of hand.

This Recovery Skill's capacity to heal an ally to Full HP can be useful when opponents suddenly whip out a strong attack against a single ally. Diarahan could also become an emergency spell in the healer's arsenal when precautions like Mediarama don't cut it in the beginning stages of combat.

Revive 1 Fallen Ally with Full HP Restore

Similar to other turn-based RPGs, Persona 3 Reload party setups may often have a heavy-hitter among the crew which the team's DPS is based upon. In these situations, this party member is the one that should absolutely never fall in combat lest the whole team's rotation get ruined. Should the team's ace in the hole get knocked out, Samarecarm is a nifty way of getting them and the team back on track.

This Recovery Skill's hefty 40 SP cost can be worthwhile especially when used in the right circumstances. Aside from the team's DPS, an emergency healer could have a Samarecarm to get a fallen healer back in shape, especially when facing strong foes that often have multi-hit attacks.

Revive 1 Fallen Ally with 50% HP

Considering the nature of Persona 3 Reload as a supernatural story, death isn't immediately a permanent thing in the halls of Tartarus during the Dark Hour. In instances when an ally falls, a player can still get them back up to shape with Recarm.

This nifty Recovery Skill technically only revives an ally with 50% HP, but this could be just enough to get them prepped for other heals without having to sacrifice too much SP. In terms of a go-to Recovery Skill, Recarm is a must-use for a secondary healer, so the main healer can use a more powerful revival spell without worrying about their SP management.

Cure All Allies of Dizzy, Down, Freeze, Poison, Shock

Status ailments can easily make or break a party in Persona 3 Reload's gameplay. When left unchecked, certain Ailments can make allies unable to move and become likelier to get critted (Dizzy), unable to evade while taking more damage (Down), unable to move with an auto-crit on hit (Freeze), receive turn-based damage-over-time (Poison), or simply get stunned (Shock).

In the face of a deadly opponent that can deal any of these Ailments, a party's journey in Tartarus could be cut short. As such, packing Mabaisudi can help players boost the team's survivability with a party-wide status heal. Its healing cost is practical compared to using one Baisudi per affected party member, and it optimizes the action economy in that way.

Cure All Allies of Charm, Confuse, Distress, Fear, Rage

Compared to other status effects that can affect players in the game's dark story, these Ailments can debilitate the party quickly. They can make allies become hostile to the team or friendly to enemies (Charm), use items at random (Confusion), become unable to evade (Distress), ignore commands or try to escape (Fear), or make unprompted attacks with decreased Accuracy and Defense (Rage).

Since a monster that can inflict these statuses will likely do this to multiple party members during a fight, it's more practical to pack a multi-heal like Me Patra that specifically heals all allies of these conditions in a single turn. Its SP Cost isn't as hefty as the base Patra piled up over multiple uses, and it doesn't take as much time to implement, making it practical for emergencies.

All Allies granted Full HP Restore

As is common with other turn-based RPGs, a strong-enough opponent can debilitate an entire party in Persona 3 Reload with a powerful attack that deals almost enough damage for a party wipe. In these instances, just getting the party back up to shape can help them turn the tables - and this is where Mediarahan comes in.

Despite its hefty 40 SP cost, it can grant a full restore to the party's HP, practically undoing the massive damage of an enemy. While Salvation's full HP with Ailment cure may be more effective, its 60 SP cost is still hefty compared to a Mediarahan with Me Patra (46 SP) or Mediarahan with Mabaisudi (50 SP).

Removes all Ailments for all Allies except KO

In Persona 3 Reload gameplay, where status effects are common across enemy attacks, fans of the turn-based RPG might think enemies are wasting their time with Ailments when the team can pulverize them on their next turn. That is, until players get deeper into Tartarus and status effects can completely disable their rotation. In extreme circumstances, a party-wide status can leave the team open for a devastating attack, ending a playthrough earlier than desired.

Persona 3 Reload allows players to romance certain characters by maxing out their Social Links, but some romance options are more better than others.

Such situations can require immediate remedies, which is where Amrita Shower comes in. While its SP Cost is paired with an effect that seems lackluster at first, getting a party-wide Ailment removal can come in handy to avoid sticky situations with pesky mobs and bosses. Amrita Shower can heal Ailments, except special ones inflicted by bosses, making this a must-have.

All Allies granted Moderate HP Restore

Given how Persona 3 Reload plays like a traditional turn-based RPG, players who face overwhelming odds on the floors of Tartarus need to make sure they have the right Skills to secure the team's survival. Such a Skill would be Mediarama, a multi-target heal that cures the team for Moderate HP.

Despite more powerful Recovery Skills existing in the game, Mediarama's cost-friendly nature and capability of healing multiple allies at once can make it a more efficient ability to pack for long-term engagements. The fact that it heals multiple allies means it can work in emergencies, or even as early as the first turn when all allies get hit - saving turns but still healing efficiently.

All Allies restored to Full HP, User reduced to 1 HP

Despite not having the high skill ceiling of other Megami Tensei titles, Persona 3 Reload still demands that players be careful engaging enemies in Tartarus, as they can be overwhelmed at higher levels. Should players need to make drastic measures for the party's survival, Recarmdra could be a saving grace.

When this Persona skill is used, all allies are restored to Full HP in exchange for the user's health being reduced to 1 HP. In instances where there's a main healer in the game, another ally can have Recarmdra as a last resort, so only one teammate needs the extra healing.
