If you want to level up in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, you're going to need plenty of Star Points, but how do you get them?

How to Get to Boggly Woods in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Before you can move on to Boggly Woods, you'll have to complete Chapter 1 of the game. This will come after you defeat Hooktail in Hooktail Castle, located just outside Petal Meadows. You'll then want to return to Rogueport.

From the town center, head down the path on the right. Jump into the green pipe in this area to go to the sewers. Down here, turn right and go down the stairs. When you reach the top, there will be a small hole in the wall. Walk through here, and then jump on the moving platform to reach the other side, and head down the green pipe.

In this room, head to the bottom floor. At the last doorway with a green pipe, head down here and make your way right. Follow the staircase to the top, and then use your Plane Mode ability to get to the other side of the room. Go to the platform right in front of the Thousand-Year Door, and Mario will hold up the Crystal Star.

You'll then return to Professor Frankly, who will tell you how to locate Boggly Woods. Next, return to the green pipe in front of Professor Frankly's office. Follow right, and make your way onto the moving platform and into the green pipe shown above in this room again. Just after coming out of the green pipe, there will be a doorway with metal bars. Use your Paper Mode ability to squeeze through the bars and head through the passage.

In this room, make your way left and talk to the creature with the green antenna, Punio. Follow him to the right, and head up the staircase and through the passage in front of you. Make a right, and go through the gray wooden pipe on the right. WIth this, Chapter 2 will successfully begin in the remade Gamecube classic, and you'll be in Boggly Woods.
