Palworld players have gained a new way to discover the best Pals after the launch of the recent update 0.2.0.6: by crafting and wearing an item called Ability Glasses. The latest Palworld update introduced many changes to the game, and this one will be useful for players who want to speed up the process of acquiring the most powerful Pals.

Released in early access in January, Palworld quickly became 2024’s most unexpected hit. Since then, developer Pocket Pair has been working hard to improve the game by implementing several updates.

Now, a gamer called Ragnar0099 highlighted an interesting item added in Palworld’s latest update called Ability Glasses. This piece of equipment is only available in Palworld via crafting, and it can be created using 30 Refined Ingots, 20 Paldium Fragments, 10 Ancient Civilization Parts, and 5 Ancient Civilization Cores. When equipped, the Ability Glasses allow the player to see the Health, Attack, and Defense stats on Pals on a scale of 0 to 100. Therefore, it’s an incredibly useful item to discover which Pals are the best ones to capture or evolve.

How to Craft Ability Glasses in Palworld

• To create the Ability Glasses, Palworld players need to be at least Level 34.
• Then, they should go to Palworld's Technology menu and unlock the Ability Glasses using four Technology Points.
• To craft the Ability Glasses, Palworld players will need 30 Refined Ingots, 20 Paldium Fragments, 10 Ancient Civilization Parts, and 5 Ancient Civilization Cores.

In the post’s comments, other players also highlighted that this is not the only newly added element that can help people who want to maximize the potential of their Pals. For instance, one Palworld player commented that the update introduced a small collection of new stat-boosting items. Called Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit, these items can permanently boost a Pal’s Attack, HP, and Defense stats when used.

The Ability Glasses are only one of the most important changes introduced in the game’s latest update. Palworld’s update 0.2.0.6 also introduced the game’s first raid boss, Bellanoir, which can be found by building and using a Summoning Altar. Apart from this major change, the update also added more items, buildings, and several balance adjustments and bug fixes.

Not everything about the new update is good news for Palworld players, though. The latest Palworld update inadvertently introduced a new bug in which some players are unable to place eggs inside the incubator. To solve the issue, gamers can disassemble and then rebuild the incubator. Hopefully, the bug will be corrected soon, but it may take some time before the next patch is out.
