Some Palworld players now have a chance to try out new features before they're officially rolled out for everyone else. Pocketpair's new game of battling and collecting creatures, exploring, and building has become a hit since it launched back in January as an early access title. Lots of fans are already having a blast with all the Palworld content and are eagerly waiting for more as new features get rolled out.

As an early access game, Palworld still isn't complete, and Pocketpair is regularly releasing updates and adding new features to the title. Many players eagerly check out new content as soon as it launches and there's already lots of discussion and debate in the community about what could, or should, be added in the future. Pocketpair has now rolled out a program that allows players to apply to become testers of new features in the works for Palworld. The Palworld testing application explains that those selected will get to try out updates before they're implemented, giving the dev team a chance to test them out and look for potential problems. Like any new title in early access, issues inevitably arise and, while some Palworld bugs have been amusing, most are more frustrating, and Pocketpair understandably wants to catch them before they impact the larger community.

- Applicants must have a working knowledge of Palworld and its mechanics.

- Must have a Steam account.

- Must be a member of the official Discord community.

- Must be able to answer any questionnaires in Japanese or English after tests.

Fans eager to get access to new content early should bear in mind that being a tester comes with certain obligations. As the application explains, testers are expected to provide bug reports and answer questionnaires to give Pocketpair an idea of how new features are working. Players also need to meet certain requirements in terms of game knowledge and available PC hardware. Notably, while the game is available on Xbox consoles and Palworld is getting Xbox updates, this testing is limited to PC players at this time.
