Highlights

  • Palworld players have created a humorous HR office on their bases to address potential complaints from their Pals about working conditions.
  • The well-being of Pals is important in the game, as their sanity level can affect their ability to work. Players can keep them happy by providing food, rest, and equal division of tasks.
  • While some players prioritize the care and comfort of their Pals, others may choose to use them for more productive purposes, such as building factories or sacrificing them for progression.

A couple of Palworld players decided to create a human resources department on their base, just in case any Pals complain about working conditions. With a lot of time spent at bases, many players have taken to building exciting buildings like this HR office or even giant waterslides on their Palworld bases.

In Palworld, players can use their adorable Pals to help with necessary work around their base. Pals with the appropriate work suitability skills can help with planting, wood chopping, crafting, and much more, vastly lowering the number of tedious tasks a player must complete independently. However, Pals are not invincible and require some care if players want good workers on their base. A Pal’s sanity level can decrease when they are overworked or denied food and rest, which can cause them to refuse to work or even get sick. Players can keep their workers happy by feeding them well, building beds, and ensuring tasks are evenly divided among their Pals to avoid overworking them.

Palworld Dev Warns Fans About Fake Mobile Versions

Palworld developer Pocket Pair is warning fans about fake mobile versions of the game appearing on the App Store and Google Play Store.

In the case of Palworld player Pandaabear and their girlfriend, their base is now home to a lovely HR office for their overworked Pals to visit. Complete with a silly and somewhat daunting sign noting a wait time of 78 days and 21 hours, their HR office is a hilarious addition to the plethora of memes surrounding the unpaid labor of Pals in the Palworld community. One comment jokingly suggests that they “issue all HR complaints to the Condenser,” referring to the Pal Essense Condenser which sacrifices Pals to aid in leveling up others.

Palworld Players Build An HR Office

While the jokes about laboring Pals are plentiful among Palworld players, some fans take their Pals' care very seriously. Some players refuse to butcher or crush Pals, and instead ensure their comfort with Fluffy Pal Beds, foods that improve sanity levels, and even hot springs for Pals to relax in. On the other hand, some players enjoy building massive factories full of working Pals and will use any methods of progression the game offers, including butchering and sacrificing Pals, which even prompted a statement from PETA.
