Getting Leather in Palworld

Leather will come in handy when crafting more defensive items in Palworld, and can be used in base building as well. Only certain Pals will reward Leather when they are captured using Pal Spheres or defeated in combat. They include:

Foxparks

A Pal that is full of flames, this fox-like creature appears as players make their way towards the ruins located near the Plateau of Beginnings fast travel point. There will always be several of them in a pack, so watch out as you approach. They will drop both Leather and Flame Organs when defeated.

Fuack

These Water-type Pals are predictably found near the coast and water bodies. They are not strong, and can be taken down at range if you don't fancy a swim in the water. Beat them and they will usually drop both Leather as well as Pal Fluids.

Rushoar

As for the Rushoar, these more dangerous foes are found deeper into the forests on the islands, and can be difficult to deal with if they attack in a pack. Try to draw one away from the others, and kite it when it tries to rush you. Ranged attacks are a good way of staying safe, so make sure you have enough arrows or ammo when dealing with Rushoars. Defeating them will see possible drops of Leather, Rushoar Pork, and Bone.
