Palworld allows you to collect dozens of unique Pals and then use them in your resource factories. However, you should take care of your pocket friends, as they can get sick and even become Depressed. In this state, they will become similar in appearance to Depresso, but will get tired much faster and work slower. Therefore, players need to know how to cure Depressed status in Palworld.

At first glance, it may seem that Depressed is similar to Injury or Hunger statuses. But in fact, this is a more serious condition since it is quite difficult to cure. To be more precise, there is only one method in the game that will help you with this.

How To Cure the Depressed Status in Palworld

Depressed is one of the worst statuses your Pals can get in Palworld. This happens when their Sanity is reduced, so you should be careful while using them in production. If a Pal who is important to you gets a Depressed status, then there is only one way to cure it: High Grade Medical Supplies.

To craft High Grade Medical Supplies, you must first reach level 12 in the Technology tree. There, you can unlock a new Workbench called Medieval Medicine Workbench. To build it, you will need the following:

2 Wood
5 Nails
10 Paldium Fragments

Then, by placing a workbench at the base, you can craft various medicines, including High Grade Medical Supplies. To create this item, players need to collect many resources:

5 Ingots - Can be obtained by smelting ore in the Furnace.
5 Horns - Can be obtained as a drop from various Pals with horns.
2 Bones - Can also be obtained as a drop from various Pals, such as Gorirat.

From these items, you will make High Grade Medical Supplies, which can treat the Depressed status in Palworld. After that, all you have to do is approach poor Pal and feed them this medicine. If the Depressed Pal is in your party, you can open your inventory and from there choose whom to feed the Medical Supplies to. It is important to note that if you leave Pal in Palbox, you will not be able to cure the Depressed status.
