How to Get Wheat Seeds
You need to acquire some wheat seeds before you can build the Wheat Plantation on your base, and this can be done in two different ways.
The first and easiest place for some wheat seed supply is the Wandering Merchant. The Wandering Merchant, located in the Small Settlement at coordinates 74, -484, will be the closest to your first spawn point. You will need three wheat seeds to begin your plantation, and each Wheat Seed will cost you 100 Gold Coins.
You will receive more Wheat Seeds from your initial wheat harvest. So you won't need to purchase seeds in the future.
The second way is to obtain Wheat from the pal drops. The pals that drop Wheat as a loot are:

Once constructed, your Wheat Plantation system will require pals with the Planting, Watering, and Gathering work suitabilities to function and generate wheat for you and your pals. The Grass-type pals exclusively do the planting, and the Water-type pals can do the watering. Pals with the Gathering ability will store the Wheat in your storage when the harvest is complete.
You can then use this Wheat to get Flour which is is required to make the Cake, a must-have if you want to breed pals on the Breeding Farm. Flour can be obtained from the Mill, unlocked at Technology Level 15, and requiring 50 Wood and 40 Stones to be crafted.
