There is one spot in particular where you can find them, which is just outside the Desolate Church. You can use the map in the image above as a reference for where to go. Head to the forest just behind the church with orange and red trees, and you'll find a ton of Mushrooms scattered around here.
Outside of finding them in the wild, though, there's an easier method you can use: get them from catching or defeating certain Pals. These Pals in particular have a chance of dropping Mushrooms:

- Mossanda Lux
- Tanzee
