Diamonds are a very uncommon resource in Palworld, but they are worth seeking out due to their high value. Though it isn't explicitly stated in the game how you can get Diamonds, there is only one way that you can stock up on them, and it will require you to prepare for a difficult battle.
Before you gear up to go on a long hunt for some Diamonds, you'll want to make sure you're near Level 50, as we will be visiting some of the most powerful bosses in the game. If you're ready to go, here's where you can pick up some Diamonds.

How to Get Diamonds in Palworld
To pick up some Diamonds in Palworld, there is only one source: they will come from Legendary Bosses. This includes:
- Frostallion
- Jetragon
- Paladius
Each of these Pals are Legendary Bosses that you'll find much later in the game, and will all be around Level 50. This is currently the highest level that you and your Pals can reach, so you'll definitely have to do some grinding before you'll be able to take on these bosses.
Diamonds are not a guaranteed drop when you defeat these Legendary Bosses. However, you can always return to these bosses and take them on again to attempt to get a Diamond.

Where to Find Diamonds in Palworld
If you're already prepared and have leveled up to Level 50 in Palworld, we will show you exactly where you can find each of these three Legendary Bosses on the map.
Where to Find Frostallion
Frostallion can be located in the area where you might expect: the Land of Absolute Zero. This area is the snowy region in the northwestern section of the map, shown in the first image above. This area is quite the trek from the Plateau of Beginnings, so you won't be able to reach it if you're still towards the beginning of the game. Its coordinates are -357, 509.
You'll find the boss in an open area of ice that is particularly cold, so make sure to come prepared. Ice-type Pals are weak to Fire and Dragon-types, so bring one of these along to aid in your battle.
Where to Find Jetragon
We have a whole guide here on where to find Jetragon, located west of the Ruined Fortress City in the southwestern region of the map. Bring along either a Dark or Ice-type to more easily take down this powerful boss.
Where to Find Paladius
The location of this boss is incredibly far away from the Plateau of Beginnings as well. Paladius can be found near the Deep Sand Dunes fast travel spot. Its coordinates are 447, 679.
This boss won't necessarily be in a particular 'arena' but instead will just be found in a sand dune. The boss will be paired with Necromus as well, so you'll have to take out two different enemies. Paladius will be weak to a Dark-type, while Necromus will be weak to a Dragon-type based on the Palworld type charts.
