Palworld: How to Get Cotton Candy

Cotton Candy is probably one of the best foods in Palworld because it does not expire, and here we'll show you how to get it.

While not the toughest Pal you might face, Woolipop can still prove challenging for early to mid-game players with its surprisingly high-powered attacks. It also has some handy benefits for your base in the early game stages. Fortunately, catching a Woolipop isn't too tricky once you know a few handy techniques.

Where to Find Woolipop in Palworld

Woolipop Map Location

To find a Woolipop in Palworld, it's best to head to the western part of the map, not far from where you can also find Palworld's Relaxsaurus Pal. One of the quickest ways is to travel to the Deep Bamboo Thicket fast travel point next to the Sealed Realm of the Thunder Dragon dungeon. Down the nearby slopes, you can find groups of pretty pink Woolipop Pals grazing the area.

Once you've caught at least one Woolipop, you can check out its habitat map for its full key locations around this area, which are the same whether by day or night, as pictured above.

How to Catch Woolipop in Palworld

Woolipop is one of Palworld's neutral Pals until you attack, and it'll put up a decent fight as a Pal that's usually around levels 14-16. If possible, try to avoid attacking more than one to avoid angering more than one, but this may be unavoidable as a pack-roaming Pal. Either way, you'll want to avoid Woolipop's mud-like projectile attacks that inflict significant damage. It's best to attack at range, using a bow such as the Crossbow or Three-Shot Bow to inflict more damage.

You may also want to deploy a Pal that inflicts a decent level of damage, such as Daydream, and call off its attacks once Woolipop's health is suitably weakened to stay caught in a Pal Sphere. When killed. Woolipop may drop Cotton Candy or High-Quality Pal Oil.

Woolipop Stats and Skills in Palworld

In terms of stats and work suitability, Woolipop is Level 1 Farming Pal, so it's usually best assigned to a Palworld ranch on your base for the chance of dropping loot like cotton candy.

Although not the best for defense in combat, Woolipop also has several Active and Passive Skills that give it some decent attacks to help protect your base, as follows:

Active:

  • Power Shot - Fires an energy-charged shot at 35 power.
  • Sand Blast - Throws a powerful sticky mud attack with 40 power.
  • Air Cannon - Fires a burst of high-pressure air at 25 power.

Passive:

  • Brittle - Defense -20%.
  • Dainty Eater - Satiety decreases by -10% slower, meaning it doesn't get hungry as fast.
