How to Find Azurobe in Palworld

Palworld: Azurobe location on the map

Let's start with the location of this boss. Finding Azurobe will not be difficult because it is located almost at the very center of the map. The nearest waypoint is the Bridge of the Twin Knights. From here, you'll need to jump into the lake and swim to the middle of it, where Azurobe will be waiting for you. Sometimes, the boss can be sleeping, and you can get an advantage by surprise attacking it.

The only drawback is that if you are killed, it will take a long time to get from the waypoint to the boss, considering how many times you can die. In this case, we recommend going to the settings and changing the "Death penalty" option to "No drops" so that you don't have to run around for items every time Azurobe defeats you.

How to Beat Azurobe in Palworld

Palworld: Azurobe

When you find Azurobe, don't rush into battle because, first, you need to properly prepare yourself. Let's start with equipment and Pal preparation. As for weapons, we recommend using a bow or crossbow with poisoned arrows unless you have already unlocked firearms. Fire arrows will not work because this Pal is of the Water type.

Next, you'll need to assemble a team of Pals. Considering the elements of the enemy (Dragon and Water), you will need to rely on opposite ones. In this case, it will be Electric, which overcomes Water, and Ice, which overcomes Dragon. As a beginner, it's quite difficult to get an Electric-type Pal, so if you have a Pengullet or other Ice-type Pal, make sure to bring them along.

When you're finally ready, here are some tips that will come in handy when you're fighting Azurobe:

  • Stay in the shallows: Considering that you are fighting in a lake, you must stay in shallow water. If you are in deeper water, you will start to float and won't be able to fire from your weapon or dodge.
  • Roll over: Most of the time, the boss will fight with your Pals, but sometimes he will switch his attention to you. In this case, you need to be ready because most of Azurobe's attacks are fast and painful, and if it hits you several times, it will probably kill you. Luckily, it's easy to dodge them by simply rolling to different sides, so if you see a boss looking at you, be ready to press the appropriate dodge button.
  • Protect your Pals: You can prevent your Pals from being attacked by returning them to the Sphere in time. If you see an enemy preparing to attack your Pal with a powerful skill, it's best to take them back to the Sphere. This way, you can stay on the battlefield longer and have a better chance of defeating Azurobe.

If you follow these tips, you can defeat Azurobe without any trouble. You may not succeed the first time, but with a little practice, it won't be too much of a problem.
