The Emote feature is no longer a novelty in the gaming industry, but it still remains a great method of communication between players. In Palworld, you can also use this option if you don't have a microphone to talk to someone, or are just lazy to write messages yourself. The range of emotes that you can express is quite large, but not everyone knows how to Emote in Palworld. Actually, it's straightforward, regardless of the device you're playing on, so let's talk about it in more detail.

How to Emote in Palworld

Palworld: Emote

As mentioned above, this is quite easy to do, regardless of the device you're playing on. However, there is a difference between a gamepad and a keyboard, so we'll tell you separately what key combination you need to press on each of them to emote.

How to Emote on PC

  • First, open the action wheel by pressing the '4' key on your keyboard.
  • Then, among the options available in the wheel, find and click on the one that says Emote. It is located in the upper right part of the wheel.
  • Once you do this, you will open a new wheel with seven emotes to choose from.
  • Now, just click on one of them to perform it.

How to Emote on Controller

Palworld: Emote
  • Open the action wheel by clicking on the right analog stick on your gamepad.
  • Then, all the steps are identical to those on PC, find the Emotes option, interact with it, and then select the desired emote to perform it.

In total, at the moment there are 7 emotes in the game that you can use to express your opinion. Maybe more will be introduced in the future, but currently, only these are available:

  • Beckon: Your character will start waving his arms and shouting
  • Hand Over: Your character holds out his hand with an open palm.
  • Dance: Your character will take a handstand on the ground and start spinning around the axis.
  • Surprised: First, your character gasps and then takes a step back with a shocked face.
  • Wave: Your character will start waving his arm back and forth.
  • Sit on Ground: Your character will sit down on the ground, right where you are standing.
  • Sit in Chair: Your character will sit in a squatting position. This emote is better to use if you want to sit on chairs or benches because otherwise your character will be unnaturally floating in the air.
