In Palworld, there are many different creatures to discover and catch on your journey to explore the islands and complete your Paldeck. However, not all of these Pals are as easy to find and catch as others due to certain creatures only spawning at a higher level or as Alpha Pal bosses. This may restrict how long it can take a player to obtain certain creatures, as to acquire these beings, you will usually need a team of leveled Pals and some higher-quality Pal Spheres.

Among the creatures in Palworld that are difficult to obtain at lower levels, Anubis, in particular, stands out. Anubis has proven to be extremely popular as a Pal that players want on their team due to having an appealing design and strong stats. Unfortunately, Anubis tends to spawn at around level 30-40, with an Alpha Pal Anubis boss static spawn appearing at level 45. Luckily, there is one method players can use to acquire Anubis at a much lower level than this, which involves utilizing the Breeding Farm.

How to Obtain Anubis Through Breeding in Palworld

In Palworld, Anubis has quickly become one of the most popular choices when it comes to Pals to capture for your active team or Base workers. This is due to several factors, including Anubis' quality stats, interesting appearance, work skills, and the fact that it is somewhat parallel to the incredibly well-loved Pokemon, Lucario. However, catching Anubis in Palworld isn't always easy, especially at lower levels. This is because Anubis will spawn on average at around level 30-40, with an Alpha Pal boss variant sitting at level 45, and players will usually need to match this level to be able to hold their own in battle.

However, for those looking to obtain Anubis as soon as possible, there is one method that can let you acquire this Pal at a much lower player level. This involves using the Breeding Farm facility, which can be unlocked with Technology Points upon reaching level 19. Before anything else, you will need to unlock and build this facility.

The Breeding Farm Can Be Crafted With the Following Resources:

Wood x 100
Stone x 20
Fiber x 50

Once you have completed the building of a Breeding Farm, you will be able to drop some Cake in the box attached to the structure and then pick up and use the F key to throw one male and female Pal of your choice into the Breeding Farm, where they will eventually create a Pal Egg after a small wait. You can then place the Egg in an Incubator, wait the required amount of incubation time, and hatch yourself a brand new Pal. To hatch Anubis from an Egg, you will need to combine two specific Pals in the Breeding Farm.

Anubis Skills & Work Suitability

Anubis is one of the best Pals you can have assigned to your Base to perform work tasks. This is because Anubis has three different work skills, all of which are ranked above level 1, meaning this Pal will be much more efficient in performing these jobs around your Base in comparison to other critters. Anubis is also very versatile in the tasks that it is capable of performing, which enables it to carry out a very decent range of work, while many Pals only have 1-2 jobs they are capable of doing.

Aside from Anubis' brilliant task versatility and Base work potential, this Pal also makes a top contender for your active team when it comes to exploration of the islands. Anubis has some strong stats that particularly favor attack, making it brilliant at taking down Syndicate Thugs, enemy boss battles, or farming wild Pals for materials and EXP.

In addition to strong base stats, Anubis has a very powerful Partner Skill titled Guardian of the Desert. Guardian of the Desert applies extra Ground damage to all attacks made by the player when battling with Anubis by your side, enabling you to take down enemies much more swiftly. In addition to this, Guardian of the Desert also creates a chance for Anubis to dodge incoming attacks with a sidestep. This grants increased survivability to Anubis in battle, which makes it one of the best choices to have by your side when taking on powerful opponents.
