The second season of the Overwatch League concluded in victory for the professional team San Fransico Shock, and Blizzard has just released a new Overwatch skin for the character Doomfist in their honor.

While team Shock naturally utilized many different heroes while playing through the league, Blizzard decided to give the skin to Doomfist because of team member Jay "Sinatraa" Won. Sinatraa won the Overwatch League Season 2 MVP back in September of 2019, and Doomfist clocked in as his most selected character.

The skin will be a legendary one called "Thunder," a name picked to reflect San Fransico Shock. Players can obtain it starting today, March 26. However, the window to grab the skin will only be open for a limited amount of time, as Blizzard will close it on Thursday, April 9, 2020.

Strangely enough, the aesthetic of the skin doesn't resemble the San Fransico Shock team, as it features an almost an entirely different color palette. The primary colors for Team Shock include black, orange, and gray, but the primary colors that make up the skin are brown, gold, and purple. Admittedly, however, the skin does have notches of orange laced throughout crevices, and the Doomfist's gauntlet is the color onyx.

Overwatch released in 2016 and is currently available on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
