When Does Overwatch 2 Season 10 Begin?
Overwatch 2 season 10 is set to begin on April 16, and will see a slew of changes and new content added to the game, as well as the usual ranked rewards and resets that kick off during a season.

What to Expect from Season 10 of Overwatch 2
Season 10 is shaping up to be quite a hit, mainly thanks to some new additions and changes that fans are excited to see, starting with characters.
Season 10 will see the introduction of Venture, a new damage hero capable of digging underground and moving across the battlefield, making them the 40th hero in the game. Revealed back at Blizzcon 2023, players will also be getting a new mode called Clash that will be coming during season 10, with a trial happening from April 16 to April 29 featuring one of the two maps coming to the mode, Hanaoka.
Along with this new hero, season 10 will also do away with unlocking heroes through the battle pass. Now, they will automatically be available to players at launch, and all heroes already released will become available, much like it was in the original Overwatch, and this will be the case from now on.
There will also be a new event called Mirrorwatch, which will run from April 23 to May 13. This mode will see good become bad and bad become good, with heroes swapping factions and having abilities reimagined in this limited-time mode. As for cosmetics, players can expect a new battle pass with rewards to earn following the Mirrorwatch theme, with the Mythic skin being one called Vengence Mercy. Multiple new skins will also come to the in-game store, and the battle pass will now have you earn 600 coins throughout the pass.
Speaking of Mythics, these skins will also see significant changes thanks to the new Mythic Shop. Players will now be able to purchase, upgrade, and unlock previous Mythic skins using a new currency. Skins are added to the store after two seasons have passed, so at launch, expect the Mythics from seasons 1 to 7.
